Tamar Kraft-Stolar

Tamar Kraft-Stolar has been the Director of the Women in Prison Project at the Correctional Association of New York (CA) since 2003. Tamar leads efforts to monitor conditions in New York’s women’s prisons, drafts legislation and policy materials, crafts and manages policy advocacy campaigns, and supervises coalition building, community organizing and leadership training efforts.
