Building movements for social change requires powerful leaders who are purpose-centered, adaptive, and able to hold complexity across systems. Through training and leadership coaching, we helped Movement Makers articulate and connect with their leadership purpose and core strengths. They became more aware of the barriers that hold them back, including internalized oppression and habits of white supremacy. They cultivated a feedback practice to offer appreciation, share resentments, and account for impact. They developed self and community care plans. All in service of unleashing their full potential.
